Alison is a 30 year tech industry veteran. Her experience started as an engineer and evolved to sales, marketing, management and leadership. She worked for industry giants and seven startups resulting in 5 acquisitions and 2 IPOs and twice even sold the company to her customers. Alison has always been a trailblazer and received her Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Engineering in the 80’s at a time when women were rare in those degrees.
Alison is also a former national ranked age group and division 1 swimmer and retired triathlete. She takes her backpack and camera to third world countries and dives with sharks for fun. She uses the fearlessness in how she lives her life to inspire and challenge her clients to find new levels of success.
Alison left corporate life over 4 years ago to dedicate herself to helping women leaders in tech have the support she wished she had in her journey. Alison is a certified Executive Coach and Startup Strategy Consultant. She helps her clients whether corporate executives or startup founders have Confident and Effective Communications.
