I can speak at events or on podcasts about emotional intelligence, nonviolent communication, the basics of brain development as it applies to children, generational parenting patterns, belief systems and how to shift your mindset, and creating and holding boundaries based on personal values.
I am a certified parent coach serving families by guiding parents through a transformational process that leads to deep understanding of their own experience and concrete strategies to create a peaceful and loving relationship with their children. I am also a former early childhood teacher with global experience and a demonstrated history of classroom leadership and dedication to collaborating with colleagues, other professionals, and parents to fully support each child.
