After working in the corporate world as a sales director for an IT security company I was left overworked, overweight, unhealthy, unfit and massively unhappy.
No matter who I turned to, GP, personal trainers, dieticians, no one seemed to understand my struggle to combine a healthy lifestyle with a super busy life.
Being fascinated with the human body from childhood (my dad still thinks I would make a good doctor) I embarked on a personal training course.
I quickly realised that eat less and move more wasn’t the answer.
Mindset, habits, sleep and stress play a massive role on top of nutrition and exercise.
I put this together in my book 5 Simple Steps to Releasing the Real You which was published March 2020.
Besides my professional life, I am a golfer, enjoy a yearly charity challenge and am trying to be the best auntie to my twin nieces.
