- My name is Cindy Heath. I have worked in the healthcare field for over 30 years as a Registered Nurse, health educator, author, Kundalini Yoga teacher, and energy intuitive. Awarded for my ‘caring’ in Nursing, and described as masterful in my ‘Real Beautiful’ book by Kristine Carlson (co-author of the ‘Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff’ series), I trail-blaze an enlightened path to help people use the science within their own bodies to heal and enrich their experience of life. Through empowering insights and energy technologies, I can help to expand people’s vision about who they think they are, and the greatness they think they can achieve, beyond their own belief.
