Personal Bio:

I believe passionately in everyone’s ability to unleash their potential and transform their performance. I work with managers, executives, and HR professionals to achieve that. My career evolved from Work Measurement, Process & Systems Design, Behaviour Engineering to Management Training & Development. Then followed over three decades in HR Software, Analytics and Consultancy before founding my own companies (HR Consultancy and Management Development Service). I learned that, “The significant differentiator of sustainably successful organisations is the quality of their management and leadership,” and that great HR leaders focus on six deliverables, five non-HR skills, and three specific processes to deliver that one significant differentiator. My working experience encompasses the UK, USA, Barbados, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
