I am a coach, specialising in Grey area drinking. I’m a speaker and mental health first aider. I have been sober for over 2 years after a lifetime of boozing. At one point I was drinking a litre of vodka every night for ten years. I feel very lucky to be alive.
I am a passionate advocate for sobriety and well being, and by spreading my message via my social media, my new podcast and corporate speaking will help people realise that it is possible to change their relationship with alcohol.
