I am an Ayurveda, Nutrition, Wellness expert, author and speaker. I am the founder of Ayurnutrition an Integrative and Holistic Wellness practice in Dallas FortWorth. I am a Registered Licensed Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator and a Classically trained Vaidya ( Ayurveda Physician). I host a wellness show called ' Wellness bites with Gauri ' where I discuss health and wellness topics and also show how to cook yummy recipes. I have been invited as health and wellness expert on various radio shows , podcasts and health panels. I am an international keynote speaker and have presented on health and wellness topic at International and national conference. I was recently invited to be a speaker on online ' Holistic Mental Summit' where I talked about 'Ayurvedic Nutrition for the mind and body along with 20 holistic health experts from around the world.
