I am a Counsellor, Menstrual Cycle Awareness Leader & Researcher working with adolescents & adults both online and face to face. I have lived experience of PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) and it is my mission to create awareness and break the taboos around the menstrual cycle. There is not enough support for those that suffer with this debilitating phenomenon which can lead to depression/anxiety/suicidal ideation/eating disorders/self-harm etc. I see myself as a light in the dark to light the way for my clients and to educate others.
