After making the shift from corporate to Entrepreneur 12 years ago, I discovered I had traded my 9-5 for a jumbled mess of 9-midnight. All of the structure was gone, the support I received from the HR, Marketing and Sales departments was gone.
And I quickly discovered that because I was my own product now, I felt a whole new level of vulnerability.
Everyday felt like I was stepping into a snow globe and I couldn’t figure out why this ‘working from home’ thing wasn’t working for me.
I learned how to stack my schedule, batch my schedule and block my schedule but I still couldn’t control my schedule. I soon realized that getting control of your life starts way before you sit down to figure out what your days are going to look like. It starts with creating boundaries, letting go of the outcome, and figuring how to master motivation and momentum.
Once I figured that out, I was able to crush my self doubt, get out from under the overwhelm and charge forward with clarity and confidence. And Bold Beyond Belief was born.
It’s all about understanding your value and worth, establishing boundaries and charging and acting accordingly. We’ve focused so much on visualization, meditation, manifestation that I think we need to start focusing on the action that leads to the actualization. Our AMPLIFY program focuses on Value, Voice, Mindset, Confidence and Action because being an Entrepreneur relies on all of those components. That’s what leads to a BOLD life and business.
