I work with corporate leaders who, after a successful career, are feeling at a crossroads – perhaps feeling bored, frustrated or overwhelmed, or just trying to work out what’s next for them. I give them a safe space to explore what’s happening for them today, and better understand who they are and what’s truly important to them (and what that then means for their career and for them as a leader). Ultimately I help them to identify the key steps they need to take to find their feet in their career again, and support them as they start their journey.
I also offer group sessions, generally outdoors, to enable people to engage with others on a similar journey.

I am a qualified coach, with 400+ coaching hours experience and a background in senior leadership. My 20-year corporate IT career ignited my passion for supporting people to unlock their strengths and reach their potential. My experience leading large multi-national teams, running global projects, defining strategies and working with senior stakeholders, means I can better understand and connect with my coaching clients today. I’ve been there!
I am also a big outdoors lover and passionate about the power of being in nature to accelerate clear thinking, creativity and a better understanding of who we are, as well as the clear wellbeing benefits. This is why I increasingly encourage my clients to take their coaching sessions with me outdoors.
