Life has thrown me some curve balls and because I have face life and death situations, I have a knack for bringing perspective and highlighting what really matters.
Basically, I can talk. I can listen.
I can facilitate and I can anchor.
I’m an Employment Law and HR Expert who has walked a long way to get here.
I’m also the founder of The Kairos Initiative Charity and a BBC Radio Producer.
I recently authored a small funny book titled: Surviving 0 to 5 Years Old. #MumofGirls.
Coming from a part of the world where people are killed for their beliefs and making a new life in the UK has been an eventful journey.
With that, I bring a wealth of experience and strategies for coping with real life situations such as I’ve dealt with and been trained for.
I have navigated life and encountered adversity as petty as work place squabbles to life and death situations.
Homelessness, joblessness, divorce, domestic violence, promotion, thriving, becoming established… been through it all.
