Imogen started her journey to entrepreneurship as a real estate investor, raising finance from angel investors to fund property projects. This was alongside a full-time corporate career which left Imogen overwhelmed and short of time and energy. This led to Imogen exploring the possibility of hiring a Filipino support team and after in depth research and trial and error she refined an excellent process for finding the absolute best talent from the Philippines together with an excellent set of systems and processes to train, manage, communicate and remunerate them. This raised a great deal of interest from her peers in the real estate community who began proactivity asking her to assist them in replicating her success within their own businesses. Subsequently The Freedom Geek was born and went from strength to strength, allowing Imogen to quit her corporate job and start remotely assisting entrepreneur clients while she travelled the world.
