I also offer coaching (1-on-1, group, as well as coaching workshops), speaking & presentation workshops, Masterclasses, Lunch & Learns, personal development, mindset training, behaviour analysis as a DISC Consultant, Leadership Development, Youth development and keynotes in various areas, adjustable to industries and audiences.
Our training and facilitation cover anything from 30 minutes, half day, to 3 day executive leadership retreats and focussed year long development programs using our ICE model. (Intentional Compassionate, Evolutionary Leadership)
Having been bullied as a youngster, led Jan onto a path of self development, awareness, growth and motivation in an effort to transform his life from the aftermath of the negative side effects that it had on his life. This was the pivotal moment that determined the focus of his journey to impact as many lives as possible because of his experiences.
Whilst pursuing a career and becoming an Expert in the oil industry, supervising and managing `multi billion dollar projects around the world, he continued to simultaneously continue studying Leadership, personal Development, Coaching and Communication in its various forms.
As part of his journey, he volunteered alongside 150 John Maxwell Team members for a transformational trip to Guatemala where he found the last piece of his future jigsaw and he fired his boss to follow his heart on a more fulfilling journey to positively impact lives.
