Personal Bio:
Jane Leach is an award-winning chartered architect, with over 20 years’ experience of housing and school design projects valued between £50K to £38m. She has designed more than 100 house extensions since founding iarchitect Ltd in 2009.
Growing up in an eight-bed Victorian villa, so cold that in winter frozen condensation decorated the windows, gave Jane a love of characterful period property and a desire to make them suit modern lives comfortably.
Designing eco homes worldwide for homeowners wanting to create more space in a planet-friendly way, Jane uses her ‘EAGLE Method’ and innovative online design techniques to empower her clients in collaborative sessions.
Listed on the RIBA Conservation Register and the Green Register for her speciality of eco refurbishing older property, Jane has appeared on BBC Radio Manchester, the BBC Research & Development (R&D) podcast and has been featured in Ideal Home magazine.
