I am looking for high-achievers who have earned that leadership position whether it’s in by starting a business or being employed in one. These ladies, however, struggle with overwhelm, balancing work and life, imposter syndrome, fitting into the C-Suite, perfectionism, they shrink beneath their accomplishments. They struggle with being bossy, dealing with negative thoughts, their intimate relationships are suffering perhaps they spend too much time away, they think they aren’t being treated equally, they have challenges building alliances amongst peers, and they struggle with self-confidence.
I am also looking for speaking engagements where I can present on topics about personal development.
I can offer mind management in all areas listed above. I can offer relief within the mind so one can speak confidently, take away the fear of being included, heard or be noticed, the fear of feeling as though your rise through the ranks was by chance, learning how to create free time amidst the hustle, learning how to maintain and manage meaningful relationships, creating alliances with leaders, subordinates and colleagues. I can help them boost their self-confidence from within, learn to appreciate themselves so as to create valuable time with themselves and to be able to manage meaningful relationships they are giving very little time to.
I am a transformational life and business coach. I am a wife and mother of four. Prior to coaching, I co-owned the largest recruiting agency in East Africa, with six locations in the region. I absolutely enjoyed the 10-years I spent in the business. However, 10 years later I chose to move on to re-ignite my passion.
In 2016, I left the business to my partners so as to spend more time with my family. In September 2018, I discovered coaching. I joined Healing With Hind’s certification program where I got my first Transformational Coach Certification, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Mental and Emotional Release Practitioner Certificates. In my desire to up-level, I obtained the ultimate certification at The Life Coach School where I have gained tremendous skills in helping clients create the results they want in life.
I love reading self-help books, traveling, and taking care of my children. I enjoy networking, exercising and engaging with people of like mind.
