Hi, I’m Justine and I provide women Body Confidence Coaching one-one and in small groups. I also provide a safe & fun environment to exercise together online.
I owned and managed Curves, fitness for Women, in Hampton for 5 years from 2014-2019 where I worked with over 500 women over that period of time. Each member had her own unique requirements and it’s there that I developed a real passion for helping women of all ages, all shapes & sizes, and all physical abilities to reach their potential. Curves was not just a gym, it was a community. And that’s what I’ve created with Body Confidence Wellness.
