Kayla Walter is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, speaker, and money coach. Kayla fell into the world of financial planning by happenstance. Growing up she had no idea what a financial planner was or even that this piece of the financial world even existed. She was introduced to the field by a college professor which led to her taking all the required courses needed for her to sit for the CFP® exam.
After graduating with a Masters degree in finance she accepted a position at a firm located outside of Washington D.C. where she gained the knowledge necessary to help educate those whom she felt needed access to financial information most. Using the knowledge and experience gained at the firm, Kayla now focuses on helping ambitious millennial women and high-achieving professionals increase their financial acumen and organize their finances to achieve the life they truly desire.
Kayla holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Finance from Louisiana State University. She is passionate about teaching financial literacy, traveling around the world, and cheering on her LSU Tigers to another National Championship victory!
