I host ‘The 5 Seasons Life Podcast’ and I'm a speaker and author. My transformational 5 Seasons Strategy helps people move out of the dark, cold Winter and into Summer where growth, opportunity and success exist. I know Winter well. In 2006, I suffered a harrowing medical crisis in the form of a brain crash, and after months of testing, I was told to say goodbye to my three young children – I had 5 years to live. I spent the first few years dying, then I decided to truly live. I started my business to uncover and use my brilliance, and now I do that for others. My latest book is The 5 Seasons of Connection to Your Business Brilliance. I speak at events in Canada and the U.S. (so far) talking about boundaries, self-sustaining self-care, the power of connection in your personal and professional life, and how to harness the power of the 5 Seasons to create real transformation and make the impact and the income you desire.
