I’m looking for opportunities to collaborate on events, podcasts and articles where my specialism of guilt can be useful. I am looking for podcast guests with stories on their own journey with guilt, as well as bloggers who are looking for a different perspective.
I am a coach of 14 years and can offer one to one personal coaching on all aspects of guilt. I am able to offer talks on more specific types of guilt, or compose articles relating to specific types of guilt. I am available for podcast interviews or for opinion and input for journalists as appropriate with my specialism.
I am a qualified coach, running my private practice for over 14 years and an NLP Master Practitioner. Alongside this, I have worked in the Financial Services Industry in senior positions for over 22 years, which has been quite a ride! Throughout my life I have had to battle my inner ‘not good enough’ demons, as well as pushing past people’s expectations or assumptions about what I could do and I finally reached a point where I thought that enough was enough. Enough!! I have chosen to live my life guilt free, thinking about what I want my life to look like, and not getting swayed by the judgement of others. I'm living my own life by my rules – and I love it. This life involves a lot of singing, dancing, reading, looking up at the stars and hugging my family a lot. I go to bed feeling that I've made my day count and wake up ready to do it all again.
