Lisa is a 46-year-old fun-loving, caring individual with, like many other people, a range of life experiences. She cares passionately about others and is a Natural Healer, Psychic Medium, Public Speaker and soon to be a self-published author. Also, qualified as a Wellbeing Coach & Crystal Therapist.
Being diagnosed with stress, anxiety and depression in 2011 and struggling to find a way back from this without the use of prescription medication, not knowing where to turn for help or support is where her journey began. Quickly followed by the necessity for a hysterectomy, then redundancy.
Her journey has opened her eyes to things, people, ways of life and love she never thought were possible but also to the realisation that almost everyone has something in their life they want to change. She believes her soul purpose is to be of service to others.
She enjoys reading, writing, swimming. Loves dolphins, is teetotal and a naturist. She is also learning Spanish.
