Personal Bio:
I am extremely passionate about people’s Mental wellbeing and the power of the mind. I currently do talks in schools, companies and universities to try and reduce the stigma and discrimination with regards to Mental health. I practice mindfulness and meditation and conduct positive mindset workshops to help change people’s outlook on life and create vision and goals.
