What I'm looking for:

At Mental Health In The Workplace, we work in partnership with organisations who recognise that the success of their organisation is reliant on the success of their people and that people success ultimately comes down to their level of mental wellbeing.
Organisations like yours.
Often they have already made some steps to better support employees through various interventions, but have come to realise that a sustainable approach to mental health at work requires specialist input.
Regardless of the issues that might motivate an organisation to contact us, they all share one thing in common:
The desire and drive to mitigate mental health risk, by reducing work related stress and the associated challenges and costs…
…and increasing engagement, creativity, productivity and results, through inspiring a culture of employee wellness and promoting a working environment where people thrive, so that the organisation thrives by default.
And that is what we are passionate about and skilled in helping them to achieve!

What I can offer:

Stigma around mental health has created misunderstanding and has resulted in people being fearful of communicating their challenges and seeking help.
Our training addresses that stigma, presenting the reality that just like physical health, mental health can be improved and sustained when you know how.
It’s about encouraging open dialogue first, having a conversation skilfully, and then enabling that person to improve their own mental wellbeing.

Personal Bio:

Having suffered with anxiety in the past, working in high pressure sales roles, whilst managing the demands of two young children. I understand how stress can impact every aspect of our lives, leading to weight gain, panic attacks, insomnia and negative self-talk.

As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I help people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a short period of time. I help my clients focus on what they want to achieve rather than on their problems. Sometimes clients feel a certain way, but they don’t know the reason why, or they don’t want to talk about why they feel the way they do.

I work with clients with anxiety, depression, weight management, sleep problems, confidence issues, imposter syndrome and many other areas. I help my clients to identify and work with their inner skills and resources, to help them to realise their potential and ability to make positive changes.
