I grew up in an old people’s home. A place that, at any one time, was home to five generations. Today’s multigenerational and social care issues were my norm and gave me many experiences highly relevant to workplaces and later life now.
I’m also looking for coaching opportunities. Key things I bring are a genuine idea to help people find their voice, whatever their experience. I’m a great listener and never forget that it’s your speech and your voice. My start point for coaching is determined by my clients’ knowledge and experience and I’m with them every step of the way.
