Marchelle Sterling is an education administrator with over 9 years of leadership experience. Marchelle began her journey in the classroom as a teacher for 7 years but continually progressed stopping along the way as a Team Leader, Assistant Principal and currently Principal of a top ranked elementary school in Grand Prairie Independent School District. Her passion to lead others sparked at a young age when she opened her own school “Dabney School to Learn.” The “Dabney School to Learn” provided an outlet for Marchelle to confront her fears and conquer her challenges. Each of these experiences have qualified her to uniquely lead and motivate others to realize their potential and achieve greatness.
