What I'm looking for:

I am looking for assistance when it comes to publishing my first book as well as any tips on how to market and launch said book. I am looking for opportunities to be a speaker as well as happy to be a guest on podcasts and have guests for mine when I get it up and launched. I would love to connect for collaborations on projects in the wellness and spirituality space too.

What I can offer:

I can offer others a unique perspective into the heart of who they truly are and why they do the things they do. I can hold space for individuals to dig deep and find their authentic self if they are feeling lost or just need someone to cheer them on when they are going for their dreams (I will be your cheerleader!). I can offer insight into the world of WOO and what it truly means as I have been practicing for over 25 years now in the metaphysical and unknown. Additionally I have a background in many subjects and am always willing to be a sounding board or to have those deep conversations that can bring forth the most epic changes in life.

Personal Bio:
 I am Shandra, a gifted intuitive, healer/light worker and Integrative Life coach.
As a child I would walk around and put my hands on people while saying I was sending them love and light. As I grew I continued to give others my energy as I didn’t understand that there was another way, that way being a channel for our creator and using source energy instead of my own. I continued to remain close to Mama Earth as I grew up, though for a time I lost my way. I also found that I had an affinity for divination, that my connection to source as a divine conduit was strong. As with many gifted healers and mystics, I became an outcast and was severely traumatized before I fully reached adulthood. As such I wandered from the light for a time and found myself deep in addiction, dealing with multiple sexual assaults and many abusive relationships, including the one I had with myself, however I graciously found my way back.
Many years later I survived an accident from which I had to relearn a variety of things all over including how to read, write and speak as I had complete retrograde amnesia; however I also gained a sense of faith and renewed zest for life. I found myself drawn back to Mama Earth and in doing so was lead to learning a vast array of healing modalities including Energy Work, Crystal Healing and Shamanic Medicine. I was lead by spirit to reconnect with my gifts and found myself connecting with them in ways I had never before imagined possible. I meld the modalities that I have learned into my own healing technique and coaching practice to hold space for my clients while they heal and uncover their truest self. Along my journey I learned a great many techniques in which to sooth that which we are struggling with which are currently the subject of my weekly blogs. I am in the process of finishing my first book titled “No One Ever Told Me I had to Love myself first… “. I am also creating a podcast coming in 2021 called “Climbing Back from the Ledge”. I have been a guest on other podcasts however and love connecting that way with new people and audiences.  Currently I am going through the certification program to become an Adult Chair Certified Coach. I have learned how to love myself using shadow and parts work to dive deeply into my soul and allow the woman I authentically am to howl. I am integrating this model into my practice which is spiritually based in psychology as an Integrative Life Coach who specializes in Trauma, Shadow work and Empowerment. I work with others who are looking for the tools to live their best life and find their way out of the shadows, individuals who have survived abuse and trauma of all sizes whom have a desire for something more in life. For these individuals I call myself a “Lighthouse” someone who shines a light for them while they learn to shine their own. I am also in the process of creating a healing space for others to come learn the tools to not only heal themselves, but to learn in such a way that they can themselves then go back, share and hold space for others to do the same.
