My name’s Sharon and I live in the beautiful mountainous region of the Sierra de Aracena in South Western Spain.
I’m married and we have two Daughters; Clara and Ines.
My big passion and purpose in life is self-development and supporting other people in theirs. I would say that I’m somebody who follows their soul (well I do on a good day :))

Coaching
I’m an empowered expression coach and qualified in transformational coaching with Animas in February 2019. Since then I’ve enjoyed the experience of performance coaching for the staff of three start-up companies as well as private clients.
Career, experience
I have enjoyed a career as an HR manager and I still work as a consultant. I’ve also been a company director of a small business support company that incorporates Spanish companies in the UK and in 2018 I opened my own business called Gorgeous Hearts Ltd with the aim of helping women to be more self-caring and empowered to express their authentic selves.
My work experience and qualifications include naturopathy, music educator, vocal coach, transformational coach, HR Management, and email marketing lead/copywriter
What I do
I’m a writer, teacher, coach, musician, and singer. I work with women who find it difficult to get out there and be visible online to full claim their authentic voice so they can capture the hearts of their clients or audience. I support reconnection to the body through coaching and vocal anchoring techniques. My style is holistic, so it encompasses the whole body instrument in expression. The aim is to create more harmony between the body and headspace. This is a powerful embodiment work that brings the mind into alignment with the body so that expression becomes effortless and authentic. It focuses on core energy, always focusing on returning to the vibrational quality of the voice to reconnect to the body rather than performance or development.
