Sonya is CEO of SMF Productions, which produces engaging, high-quality and bespoke visual and audio content – from podcasts, promo videos to documentaries, optimised for use across all digital platforms.
Sonya also hosts her YouTube channel and podcast: The Sonya Morton Firth Show. Her guests are truly inspiring, influential and courageous people – from veterans, MMA fighters and disruptor entrepreneurs, to leaders in personal growth. They have all overcome adversities and contribute to serve humanity in one way or another. Her mission is to shine a light on these people, by giving them a platform to tell their amazing stories, and in turn to promote a positive mental mindset amongst viewers.
Sonya started her career in the City, working for 15 years as an award-winning Sales Director in the finance industry.
In 2011, Sonya left the corporate environment to set up her own business and launched a brand of gym apparel for women. After selling her shares, she used her expertise to mentor start-ups.
Sonya is an accredited Executive Coach, working with entrepreneurs and CEOs to enhance their performance. As former Leader of the YES Group London, the largest UK personal growth community, Sonya hosted monthly events, speaking on stage and introducing world-class speakers in personal development.
Passionate about health and fitness, Sonya is qualified in personal training and nutrition. She has written for numerous Health and Fitness magazines, and competed on stage in Physique competitions.
Sonya is a longstanding property investor and has built up a multi-million property portfolio of high-quality houses in London.
