Personal Bio:

I served for 11 years in the armed Forces, REME and have since spent several years in customer facing roles, from customer support to account management, before moving to L&D. I have worked with organisations, business owners, executives and teams and understand the impact building relationships, good communications and excellent service has on customers and hence customer retention.

I deliver training and coaching, in person or virtually, on a range of business, leadership and personal development topics, including the customer experience, customer care, sales through service, communications, presentation skills, public speaking and personal impact & effectiveness, in both private and public organisations. 

I enjoy speaking both professionally and socially and am a member of three Toastmasters clubs and The Professional Speaking Association .

Socially, I enjoy dancing to RocknRoll or Swing Bands and I’ve organised events for Cancer Research UK, raising over £4,000. I took a gap year in 2004 and my catch phrase is “Gap years are far too good for Kids”
