The great thing about being a speaker, author, coach is that you are in charge of your own destiny. It’s entirely up to you to set the direction for your company. That direction comes from standing back in review, and paying attention to what has worked, what has not and what you are hearing people ask for.
Active listening is a key way to know what you need to create next. Start listening to what your current clients are saying is going on for them, what your prospects need.
Then act on what you hear. Whether that’s writing a new talk, creating an online course, or even putting in that new CRM system which better serves your business for this year. Whatever it is, taking action now, will generate a momentum that you can ride for at least this quarter. It’s always good to get off to a ‘good start’.
