Cornelia brings a wealth of experience from a 20 year corporate career in the commodity (non-ferrous metals, steel and coal) industry culminating in working as the CEO of a 9 figure turnover business. She currently works with high achieving individuals and organisations as an Executive Coach specialising in working with women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) industries who aspire to leadership roles, helping them to overcome such challenges as unconscious bias, leadership skills, funding issues and lack of appropriate role models.
When not working you are most likely to find her at an ice rink as ice hockey plays a large part in her family life; her son plays, her husband is a referee and plays as well and she manages a team at club level and is also an advanced manager working with the England Junior Team. Cornelia has recently been appointed a NED for the English Ice Hockey Association and works with the Education Team to deliver training.
