Sara Beth Wald

Location
Billings, Montana, United States
What I'm looking for:

I’m looking for opportunities to share the trauma mindset framework Redefining Love in all sectors, including (but not limited to) corporate, non-profit, family groups, congregations, social organizations, government agencies, and veterans groups interested in peaceful conflict resolution, leadership, mental health, and growth mindset. I do speaking engagements, keynotes, workshops, and trainings on all topics related to interpersonal relationships based on the principles of boundaries, accountability, and grace.

What I can offer:

The mission of Redefining Love is to heal our culture one individual at a time. I am passionate about holding space for trauma survivors, and seek to educate and help to heal emotional trauma, to end the cycle of generational trauma for individuals and culture as a whole. I truly believe that at the center of every heartbreak, every conflict, every cultural clash is a person deeply in pain from unseen trauma. I am a bestselling author, coach, and public speaker.

Personal Bio:

Sara Beth Wald is a former social worker and journalist, blogger, author, and founder of Content Empowered and Redefining Love. Sara has a BA in social work from the University of Montana and a master’s degree in journalism from Michigan State University.

As a former social worker and trauma survivor, Sara is passionate about holding space for trauma survivors and walking through their stories to the healing that is possible on the other side. Content Empowered/Redefining Love grew organically out of Sara’s own need to make sense of a chaotic and sometimes unsettling reality. She theorizes that the same healing principles used to overcome trauma can be utilized to address all areas of human life and culture.
