What I'm looking for:

I want to hear from organisations who care about the health, fitness and wellbeing of their workforce, and who want a dynamic and engaging speaker rather than a stuffy, corporate type who just reads off the slides.

Whether you represent a company, charity, university, conference, school or any other private or public entity… it really doesn’t matter. I want to chat.

If you’re interested in finding out what I can bring to your event, drop me an email and lets arrange a call.

What I can offer:

I am obsessive about my philosophy, my message and my methods. I am 110% committed to giving every single person in the room (or virtual room) something valuable to take away and use to change the course of their life.

As a former science teacher, I am used to delivering factual, evidence-based topics. As a human being with lived experience of physical and mental health challenges (such as depression, burnout, cancer, and chronic pain), I can deliver inspirational stories of triumph over adversity.

This combination of real-life stories and actionable strategies will give your delegates not only the desire to make changes, but the specific tools to do so. Tools which are accessible to anyone, and don’t rely on superhuman motivation and a ton of spare time. This is stuff which can be woven through an already busy life.

Personal Bio:

A fit, healthy team is an energised, effective team.

Your people are your biggest asset, or your biggest liability.

Now, perhaps more than ever, the mental and physical fitness of your workforce is vital to the success of your organisation.

Throughout 2020 we faced unprecedented levels of uncertainty on industrial, commercial and personal levels.

Even now, new guidelines are still seemingly being published every fortnight, industries are being decimated, staff are being required to work from home, families are separated, individual health and financial anxieties are running high.

But even with all these changes happening outside our influence, we can still control one very important thing: our own actions and behaviours.

Regardless of the external situation, internally we have a choice. How are we going to respond to this upheaval?

Without the right support, your team will be ineffective, unreliable, and unhappy.

Fitness is your ability to cope with and recover from stress, both physically and mentally.

The fitness of your workforce will dictate how well they cope with stress, both in work and in their personal lives, and how well they recover from it.

That’s where I come in.
