Students – I work with students helping them to determine a career path and college major. I get these clients through speaking to parents (mostly Moms). I run events all over the country and online that help parents simplify the college planning process.
Businesses – As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I help businesses improve culture by helping their employees, especially new managers, understand and use their natural talents. Companies can improve productivity by 9%, reduce turnover and improve company culture by implementing the CliftonStrengths program into their organization.
When I speak to parents I help parents learn “The One Critical Mindshift for Parents of College Bound Children”. I have spoke in person, on podcasts, radio and TV.
I offer HR teams and companies a training program called “I’m a Manager, Now What?” Which helps young managers grow into their new role and lays the foundation to become great leaders.
I use CliftonStrengths in all of my training.
