I help people automate process in their business, and have the ability to use my flowchart mind to the advantage of other business owners.
I want to be able to speak to groups of business owners in the sole trader/small business are, to show them what they could do with technology and automation in their business.
– Automation guest speaker. Here I will show people what they can automate in their business by using different software. Such as mailerlite, activecampaign, zapier, calendly etc. Showing them what I have done for others, to get them thinking about what they could do.
– Technology mapping. This is where we get you thinking about what you currently use technology wise, what your business journey is and what technology you actually need. I’m all for saving money and not using ££’s software. Using the full capabilities of a piece of technology is vital.
– Software Overview. This can be specific to a piece of software. Eg, a session on activecampaign, or one on calednly. Showing what it can do to make sure people get the most out of it.
