I am truly passionate about personal development and having every opportunity to be the best versions of ourselves that we can. I have approached my own growth in search of the Truth. What really goes on inside me that then defines my external relationships. Don’t get me wrong. I do have days where I think, why did I start doing this? I know I’m not alone in that.
My intention is to “Awaken Awareness”.

I am fortunate to have had many great teachers, mentors and friends on my personal and professional journey and love being that witness and companion for others.
With 18 years experience in the field of Personal development what brings me most joy is blending the skills I have in service of what you need to find your freedom.

I have recently completed 2 years training as a Visionary Shamanic Practitioner – which has been life changing for me. It has added to who I am personally and professionally. Ultimately I feel more whole and that is what I bring to my clients.
