Personal Bio:

I teach mindfulness to give people the skills to improve their focus, which in turn improves their performance.

The ability to focus also leads to a calmer life and decreases the chances of burnout due to stress.

I offer a different sort of training. No PowerPoint, no jargon, no nonsense. My training is about personal connection and making mindfulness fit into your life in a way that works for you.

I am teaching in the workplace, most recently with Akamai and the RAF, but also to groups, individuals and online.

I am teaching mindful running online and on the run. Let go of running related anxiety and improve your performance. Relevant to all abilities from total beginner to competitive runners. Run further, run faster, run happier.

The most rewarding part of my work is when people tell me that the skills I have taught them have helped to make lasting positive change to their lives and enabled them to achieve the goals that they had dreamt of.
