Experience-based self-confidence advice – I can pragmatically explain why our brain produces certain (oftentimes negative) thoughts which undermine our self-confidence and I can equally provide your audience with practical advice and effective, thought-provoking exercises for them to learn how to become more self-confident, at their own pace, within weeks.

I am an international Boudoir Photographer who inspires women to become more courageous and confident by applying the concept of Self-Approval (meaning to not only accept and love your body but to stand up for who you are and what you believe in) which I elaborated further in my ebook “No-Nonsense Self-Confidence”.
Five years of portraying women of all ages, sizes and body types have made me realise how many women suffer from a lack of self-confidence which affects not only them personally but also their relationship with their bodies, partners, friends and family. That just brakes my heart.
Eventually, I took action and created a practical, pragmatic, experience-based guide for women. My mission is now to introduce women to the life-changing concept of self-approval and support them on their journey to becoming more self-confident individuals, not only for themselves but in order for them to become confidence role-models for their family, friends and within society at large.
