Sophie Cook

Profession
Location
Brighton, United Kingdom
What I'm looking for:

I’m looking for global speaking, advising and board opportunities with organisations that are passionate about diversity, inclusion and mental health.

What I can offer:

With a lifetime’s experience exploring my own identity and mental health I have a breadth of stories and personal insights that can inform any audience. Humour has always been part of the way in which I deal with my mental health and now, with a number of successful standup shows behind me, it’s right at the core of my presentation allowing difficult topics to be instantly accessible for my audience.
An experienced journalist and broadcaster, I’ve hosted my own TV and radio chat shows, I’m at ease hosting events and panel discussions.
For me, speaking is about helping others and I often come away from gigs with new friends and some great memories.
